これが、現在では見慣れたアルミホイルに包まれたチョコレートの始まりと言われています。今日では、180年以上に渡りイタリアのチョコレート業界の老舗として、イタリアNO.1のブランドであり続けている『カファレル』ですが、イタリアはトリノの本店でも、また日本は神戸北野本店でも、チョコレートだけでなく、焼き菓子やロールケーキ、ジェラート、また芸術品のようなドルチェなどと、さまざまなスイーツ・メニューが私達を楽しませてくれます。そのなかでも、とくにおすすめしたいのが『Campana（カンパ−ナ）』です。
