憧れレストランをお手頃プライスで食べつくそう！

ニューヨークはホリデーシーズンも終わり、なんだか“イベント無しのニューヨーク”と思われがちですが、年間をとおして、何も無い月なんてあり得ないのがこのニューヨークのすごいとおころ。そして今月１月は、グルメなニューヨーカーはもちろんのこと、世界中から集まる観光客の人達も楽しみにしている『NYC レストラン・ウィーク2009年冬期』が始まります。この『レストラン・ウィーク』とは、1992年に始まったイベントで、普段ではちょっと値段が高くて、なかなか気後れしてしまうようなニューヨークの高級レストランでも、３コース・ランチや３コース・ディナーを超お手頃価格で味わえる、というものです。以降、このイベントは回を重ねるごとに衰えることなく発展を続け、この年月の間に、どんどんとニュ−ヨークのレストランが参加するようになり、なんと2006年には、ニューヨークの姉妹都市である東京にもこの“ レストラン・ウィーク”が上陸し、品川駅周辺エリアのホテルやショッピングセンターなどのレストランがこれ参加し、日本でも盛り上がっているそうです。

今年、2009年冬期のNYC レストラン・ウィークの参加レストランは250店舗以上で、日本食はもちろんのこと、フレンチ、イタリアン、カリビアン、シーフード専門店、ステーキ店などなど各種キュイジーヌが勢揃い！　おまけにこのなかのほとんどが有名レストランで、そのなかには、“超”がつくほどの豪華レストランもあるので、ウエッブサイトの中からお気に入りレストランを探してみましょう。どのレストランでも、各店が自慢の、この期間のみのコースメニューを用意しており、金額は、“1週間（7日間）24時間眠らない都市ニューヨーク”　にちなみ、３コース・ランチが24.07ドル、３コース・ディナーが35ドルとなっています。期間は1月19日（月曜日）から2009年2月1日（日曜日）までで、今回から、これまでは適応されていなかった日曜日も実施しているレストランも多いため要チェックですよ！
