ZONI VOICE（2ヶ月に1回発行の校内新聞）の制作に参加してます。
私の仕事は NEW YORK LIFE GUIDE ページ担当で、生徒向けの面白い観光スポット、イベント、ツアー、美術館等のリサーチ、そのページの編集、デザイン＆ レイアウトをすることです。午前の部4時間のクラス後のフリータイムや休日を利用して、リサーチのためにニューヨークのいろいろなスポットに足を運び、私自身も観光や美術館めぐりを楽しんでいます。
また、インターネットや雑誌等で情報を集める際、かなりの量の英語を読まなくてはならないので、リーディングの勉強にもなり、編集作業をするにあたっては、ライティングのスキルも必要になってきます。さらに、週に一度エディター（教師）や、他の生徒スタッフとのミーティングがあり、そこでも英会話力を磨かれます。
このZONI VOICEの制作を通じ、実践英語も学べ、私の英語スキルも上達していると思います。ときどき、編集・印刷・デザイン等の専門用語がわからず苦労することもありますが、いつも辞書を片手にがんばっています。
