『クリスピー･クリーム』といえば、やっぱり、口の中で溶けるような軽い食感のオリジナル･グレーズド！

◎オリジナル・グレーズド　150円　イーストを使用したしっとりふわふわの生地の表面がグレーズ（シュガー）コーティングされており、サクッとした歯ごたえ、そして口の中に入れるとフワッと柔らかくて、トロッと溶けてしまう食感が魅力です。

◎チョコレートグレーズドクルーラー　170円　クルーラーの形に作ったケーキドーナツにグレーズをかけ、チョコレートアイシングしたドーナツです。

◎チョコレートグレーズドスプリンクル　170円　オリジナル・グレーズドになめらかなチョコレートをアイシングし、キャンディスプリンクルをトッピングしました。

◎シナモンアップル　170円　イーストドーナツにアップルのフィリングを詰め、シナモンシュガーをまぶしました。

海外でクリスピー･クリーム・ドーナツを食べたことがある人も、生まれて初めて食べる人も、味わった瞬間、クリスピー･クリーム・ドーナツの歴史に少なからず興味をもったことでしょう。それは1930年代にさかのぼります。当時、創業者であるバーノン・ルドルフは、ニューオリンズのフランス人のシェフからイーストドーナツの秘密のレシピを購入し、ノースカロライナ州ウィンソトン・セーラムにビルを借り、1937年７月13日に地元の食料品店へのクリスピー･クリームのドーナツ販売を開始したのが第一号です。ニューヨークにやってきたのは1996年、99年にはカリフォルニアと全国展開が本格化し、現在では、クリスピー･クリームは20世紀のアメリカの象徴として認められています。そして2006年12月、いよいよ待望の日本出店！　日本に住む人達も、あのできたてのドーナツが味わえるようになったのです。
